Guest guest
Yes, joint pain is a very common herx symptom. To find out if this is a herx that is snowballing on you or another infection trying to rear its head, skip a few days and see if you gradually feel more like your "normal" -- whatever that is for you. If skipping a few days makes no difference, then it's not a herx. But, if you are just getting started coiling, gut feeling tells me this is most likely a herx. After doing a coil session, you should always wait at least 24 hours before doing another. If symptoms surface, you should allow them to clear before doing the next coil session.Be sure to take detox support supplements and drink a lot of water. You should be drinking at least 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water a day. For example, if you weigh 200 lbs, you should be drinking 100 ounces of water each day.Hope this helps!KaraSubject: Herx questionTo: Lyme_and_Rife Date: Tuesday, September 14, 2010, 10:09 PMAre sore joints a common Herx symptom with people after coiling?I am coiling for Babesia 570 daily. My joint pain is worsening and I don't know how to tell whether it is from herxing or whether it is Erhlichia starting to take over.
