particularly recommend? Or should I just look in the bookstore for

what seems good to me?

Funny you should be talking about this now. I just started seeing a therapist

yesterday and she recommended the same thing to me. Books on finding your inner

strength and sprirituality. Sounds like a great idea to me. I am just going to

search & Nobles and see what I can find unless someone has specific

recommendations.

Some of them were geared towards women, but there was one book,

called " The Seat of the Soul " that I found to be very good. I will

have to look for the others, because the fog is preventing me from

remembering right now! =)
