Guest guest
Hello , I had mentioned earlier about another technique I have used. This is a charcoal stick made up of herbs used in chinese healing. I use the smokeless type because the other sometimes is not tolerated in the home. The way it is used is you light one end. It will take time to light it enough to turn red at the end...just like charcoal on the grill. What you do is swirl it around above close to the area that is in pain or in stress. Make sure the skin feels the warmth not the burn.  I use them and they do work. The heat of the herbs penetrate the pressure point of the particular part of the body. Healing takes place through the herb mixture. I have not mentioned this before because wasn't sure how readily this would be accepted. But here is the address of one website you can order(I buy mine directly from my chinese herbalist here in town). http://www.buyamag.com/moxa_products.php Hope this will be accepted seriously for others. Subject: stevia leaves/plant? To: fibromyalgiacured Date: Saturday, September 4, 2010, 7:22 AM  I would love to know where to get a plant? I hope to work on a garden of my own once we get into our own home. One thing I forgot to mention, pineapple chunks a bite here or there, helps with back pain. I was shocked to find this helps. " The Green Pharmacy " recommendation. The kangen water I drink has these tubes apparently add's minerals/vitamins to the water. I went to get refill friday night at my mom's home. She was explaining how it purifies /ionizes the water then add's this mineral /vitamin to the water. All i know is i used to drink several glasses of brewed ice tea a day, now down to one a day, with several glasses of water, it tastes that good. I have tried for years to get on a reg. schedule. If I go to sleep, tired at anywhere from 7 pm nap i'll wake up a few hours later and be up anyway... i've learned just not to fight it any more. I just am careful to schedule the " breakfast, lunch, dinner " with what would be a few hours after dinner to bedtime. I actually get more done, my breathing is easier at night. Haven't figured that out. I'm wide awake. Anyhow thanks for the list, websites, I'll look those over. I also found an interesting one this past week you all might like. http://www.celiac.com/articles/182/1/Unsafe-Gluten-Free-Food-List-Unsafe-Ingredi\ ents/Page1.html Time for me to lock the computer & head for bed.
