Guest guest
I am sorry to bring up the topic of yeast die-off again. I really want to know first hand from families that experienced rashes as part of die-off from anti-fungals. In our case the rash started right after the course of Diflucan was over. The rash is small bumps, red inflammed skin. First started under armpits, then spread to crease of elbows, now to rest of arm, wrist and now developing several patches on back. We have seen similar mysterious rashes (although not to this extent) prior to a Diflucan treatment - which is why we were asked to try anti-fungals. Our DAN thinks that this is a symptom of die-off and we could treat with activated charcoal and bicarb to mitigate the effects of the next round of anti-fungals. Is the activated charcoal necessary for safely removing the toxins liberated from the dying yeast? Shoul I expect to see cognitive or language improvements along with typical die-off effects (have not seen any changes) before proceeding to next round of Diflucan treatment. Does anyone have experience with activated charcoal.
