Today i started VitA protocol. The dose was 200,000iu Klaire's vit A i.e. 40

drops. My son is 8 yrs. old and 80 pounds in weight. This was 5-6 hrs ago;

as I am in the UK it was morning for us. My son started to get irritated a

couple of hous ago. As of an hour ago, he seems to have a headache and seems to

have nausea. We went out in the car for 10 mts, and he started getting tired

and sleepy which he never does as he loves to ride in the car. His eyes also

seem red.

Am I seeing signs of toxicity? If yes what shall I do? His stomach is quite

gassy. Unfortunately I also started Cal butyrate today. I am scared can this

happen just in one day. Should I give his 2nd dose of VitA tomorrow? What

happens in worst case? Is there anything I can give to make him feel better? I

have tried lemonade just to help with his gas.

please advice me!

many many thanks in advance

Sam

Dear Dr. JM

Thanks for your reply. He has just gone to sleep. Would you suggest that we

wake him up periodically to give him fuids?

would have advised 400,000 (glad I didn't get time to post that). All of

these side effects that I have ever seen in our kids has been totally

reversible, and there is nothing to do but wait it out. And, there is no

good way to determine ahead of time who might have this sensitivity. Please

keep us posted. Dr. JM

Yes it is 8.50 in the night but my sons usually sleeps v late 10.30 or 11

o'clock should i wake him up? if measles virus comes out what would it look

like and where would it start; his facial cheeks are very red, and seems like a

tiny red pimple is coming up.

thanks for being there i am really very scared!

Sam: Please try not to worry; you did not give a very big dose and I am

sure he will come out of this just fine. Yes, I would wake him every few

hours just to make sure he is still able to come to consciousness. If he

gets a measles rash, at least this will assure a lifelong immunity this

time! Dr. JM

Dear Dr JM

I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am! Even thousands of miles away I

felt safe with you, not only a brilliant doctor but a kind and compassionate

humanbeing! Your kind words got me through this, when my son's high

temperature reduced the redness on his cheeks disappeared, but he has v tiny

white

spots on his face. May be detox or heat is coming out? It doesn't look like

measles which I think are supposed to be red.

I didn't give 2nd dose on Sunday. Saturday night he also threw up and

couldn't eat his dinner, he was also v drowsy. He is better now, but his wee

still

smells a lot and he is avoiding eating. His eyes still at times look red,

but overall he is coming out. Is there anything we can give him to reverse it?

When can I start his supplements again? What do you suggest I start with? I

understand Vit A takes time to leave body. Would his liver be able to detox or

should i give Milkthistle?

With more thanks than I can express.

Regards

Sam

Sam: I definitely think all our kids should be on silymarin (milk thistle),

or T.A.P.S, etc. regularly as all have stressed livers and need help

regenerating injured liver cells. You can start on his regular supps as he

feels well enough to take them. There is nothing to reverse too much A in

the body, but it is known that the liver will only store it for six months.

In fact, I think you can give him his usual dose of CLO after a couple of

weeks, as the body needs that just for regular maintenance. Dr. JM

My son is on Milkthistle regularly I do give him 1-2 capsules daily I hope

it is the right dose.

What is T.A.P.S.? Can you please suggest something for Kidney? He dosenot

take CLO which is next on my list as his nose starts bleeding on it, this

bleeding has been happening for few months, not a lot but the day I try giving

CLO

it starts a lot, I really want him to get this as his language improves but

he becomes quite stimmy?any suggestions everyone?
