Guest guest
I found a soy or almond milk maker and a source of soy beans for it. I haven't used it since I moved, but I will check out the dvd on it and see what brand is good for the soy bean source. Sometimes my kids crave milk. I eat a lot of cheese due to it having concentrated protein and calcium - easy to just lob off a bit and eat. I appreciated the info on Celiac as I found I do much better when I do not use gluten containing products and get very sick and feel weak and the brain fogginess gets worse.
