Re: note on soy

I found a soy or almond milk maker and a source of soy beans for it. I haven't

used it since I moved, but I will check out the dvd on it and see what brand is

good for the soy bean source.

Sometimes my kids crave milk. I eat a lot of cheese due to it having

concentrated protein and calcium - easy to just lob off a bit and eat.

I appreciated the info on Celiac as I found I do much better when I do not use

gluten containing products and get very sick and feel weak and the brain

fogginess gets worse.
