Guest guest
Hi Jim, I was really good yesterday and did my first CE and it wasn't too bad. Going to do one every day till they check my blood Thursday and see if it's made a difference. I also did a castor oil pack and will be doing those every day. I've also started back drinking my prill water and I can see the difference in my skin in just a few days. All I had to do was ask and now they keep my jug full and make my lemonade from it. Either I'm stubborn or hate to ask them to do things for me. :0) They say I'm stubborn but I say I don't want to be a bother. Sorry I just now remember to put OT in the subject. Connie Hi Connie,Both CE and caster oil packs would be good for the liver... I don't use either, but many have posted the benefits of both relating to the liver. Also, drink, drink, drink plenty of pure water, at least 1/2 your body weight in ounceof water daily.. Filtered or distilled, Prilled is best... Guest guest
Hi Connie,This morning, as I was filling my little enema bulb, I suddenly remembered what I'd done before getting one. Fleet makes a regular water enema bottles (disposable)(about 8oz, I think) that someone had said to buy, empty, and fill with org. inst. coffee. I used this for a while before getting my bulb online. It' was soft plastic, so it was easily squishable, which made it a bit trickier to maneuver into position without spilling some of contents, but it was a good stop-gap.I hope CEs demonstrate their benefits to you and I salute your determination despite wussiness! :)Be well,Léna Hi Jim, I was really good yesterday and did my first CE and it wasn't too bad.
