Guest guest
Ty Carol, and in case I didn't share this, there is a site called habitforge.com to helps you reach your goals and form a good habit. It's easy to use. This site has been around for quite a while, and gives you incentive to stay with your goal for 21 days. You go to the site and set a goal, very easy. And then they send you an e-mail for 21 days to ask if you stayed with your goal everyday. If you miss a day they start you back at day 1. You also have an option to have people cheer you on (very sweet). Your info is always confidential, email adress and everything. It's a well known established site. Just putting this out there for anyone here who may benefit from it. Love you all, Jean > > > > > > > > > You are a lovely person and your regular emails are going to be missed greatly, but I can absolutely understand wanting more to your life then the computer. I hope that you have fun in everything that you do and the very best health. Please make sure you pop in from time to time, and don't forget us. > > > > Lots of Love, > > Carol > > > > To: fibromyalgiacured > From: astralstargazer@... > Date: Mon, 12 Jul 2010 20:29:55 +0000 > Subject: One last thing I learned from active CO peope... > > > > > > They say never take CO on an empty stomach. Maybe it's working for some of you, but esp. thyroid people, I'd listen to this. I don't have time to reseach why they said not to, but they say not to. > > Love, > > Jean > > > > > > _________________________________________________________________ > The New Busy is not the old busy.
