I am sorry that your machine is not working. I have manufactured Doug Coil

Machines for over 5 years so maybe I can help you fix it over the phone: please

tell me the details of your problem trough my private email address or my phone.

However,I believe that you should first contact the manufacturer of your machine

since most likely you have a repair warranty: if you try fixing the machine by

yourself he might void the warranty.
