Guest guest
>>Diabetes Recipe Of The Day Looking for recipes which are geared for people with Diabetes? InteliHealth in coorperation with the American Diabetes Association provides a new recipe every day! Click below: http://www.diabetes.org/recipes/rcptoday.asp<< Potato Soup?? Carbs per 1 CUP serving 33 Protein per serving 6 Fiber per serving 1 Those numbers don't work for me. It's almost all carb. Not only that, being soup and almost fiber free it will metabolize into glucose very very quickly. I don't do Atkins, but if I were going to have soup (which is my favorite meal), this is not one I'd choose. I've been trying to keep my carb intake over the entire day under 50. I think Meenie only does 30 per day. I honestly wonder what the people at ADA are thinking.
