I'd like to use his nap time as my workout time but this means I'd have to work out at home. What can I do that still fits into the BFL model? I will somehow need to increase the intensity to hit my 10! Any ideas? Do I have to go buy a bow flex or weight sets? YIKES. Thanks for your ideas.
