Working out without a gym membership: Ideas please!

Hi, I have a gym membership but I also have a little boy who naps three times

per day. I'd like to use his nap time as my workout time but this means I'd

have to work out at home. What can I do that still fits into the BFL model? I

will somehow need to increase the intensity to hit my 10! Any ideas? Do I

have to go buy a bow flex or weight sets? YIKES. Thanks for your ideas.
