Did I tell you guys that I've lost 9 lbs? I've been thinking about sending you all an email letting you know but I'm not sure if I have or not. Either way, I lost 9lbs! YAY me! I've been counting calories and keeping a food diary and that has worked really well for me. Now I need to incorporate an exercise program. All in steps! I would like to build long lasting healthy habits, so I'm taking my time, once I get used to one thing and it becomes natural, I'm moving on to the next. Yay again!
