My trainer did a Crossfit workout ....which involved 20mins warm up on the treadmill, 3 circuits of- 20 reps @5kg each arm swing squat, 10 burpees with a weighted bar, and 30 box jumps- I cant jump with my feet together so its difficult lol- finishing off with a 300m row for a cool down. Now I feel awesome- my left arm hurts- its weaker than my right how do you strengthen one side more than the other to make them even?
