Guest guest Posted March 28, 2010 Report Share Posted March 28, 2010 well I started the week 131.2lbs and ended the week 132.6lbs so i made a gain of 1.4lbs this week. I got a health a matic scale today so i can do my weekly weight ins. Also when a started this week web site told my my body fat was 10.2 at the beging of the week today at my weight in my body fat was 17.9 that up 7.7 persent. In not sure if my nember to begin with were right bodyfat wise. But my weight at the begining of the week was taking at the Doc's. so im like 17.4 lbs or somthing away for my goal of gaining 20lbs. work out were great had no problem having time to do them and they wer fun. I like the way i feel when im working out and after. tweeking a few things as i have limited weight at this time but ive got a line on a bench with leg and butterfuay attacment with a curkl attackment as well with abour 200 lbs of wieght. while to here back for the guy. my deit needs some work, i am eating 6 times a day but i have to rewmind myself to do it. also i get balled up on fats. some days im low and others high so hopfully. week 2 will go better diet wise. also i will oder some sup reamended by my trainer one they come and i begin using them i mite see better gains. My wife and i measure after dinner to see what gains if any i made in my arms,chest and neck as well as gain or losses on my hips aand waist. keep a eye on my bodyspace page at www.bodybuilding .com week 2 begins with Bck in the morn.
