Night Sweats?? And Finger Pain

OH MY, they have started again. I had them a few months ago, but they subsided.

Now they are back with a VENGANCE. Every single solitary night, I sweat through

any clothes I may be wearing, and also through the sheets and soak the mattress.

This is insane!! I know AOSD causes nighly fevers but I usually do not get the

sweats like this when they break. I have also been alternating between EXTREME

fevers and then VERY cold and clammy. My temp bounces from 103-104 F down to

96.0 and 95.X F.

Also, I have been having pain in my fingers - thumb and first finger. But also

now, on my left thunb, for a couple weeks now I guess? Its been feeling almost

like a very deep bruise on the outside all along my thumb.

Are these typical symptoms?
