weird positive side effect???

Ok, here's one for anyone who's on or has been on MTX and Kineret. I know some

people have lost their hair while on MTX. Well, mine didn't all fall out, but

it thinned. It didn't come out much except for when I showered and used the

blow dryer. Then it was such a mess, I had to clean out the drain before I was

even done with my shower and again after I was finished with my shower, and I

had to sweep the floor when I was done with the hair dryer. My hair is

extremely thick, so it wasn't noticeable to anyone but me, my husband, and my

stylist. Then...I started taking Kineret. After about a month, my hair is no

longer seemed to be thinning. What I'm wondering is this: based on other

people's experience, did your hair stop coming out after a while on MTX or stop

coming out after being on Kineret for a while? I've been on MTX for about three

months, I think. I can't remember exactly when I started it. It may be closer

to 2 1/2 months. Other than adding the Kineret and tapering down the Prednisone,

there have been no other medication changes for me in the last 5 weeks. I'm not

complaining, it's just kind of weird. Now, I just have the usual " shedding "

that I've always had. I don't see my RD until late September if all goes well,

so I thought I'd post the question here.
