Hi Dave! Thanks for the Hill Burton link! I remember a few years ago, a

hospital tried to tell me I didn't qualify. I told them my cousin was on the

Hill Burton financial rate setting committee, and I would be in touch with him.

A week later I was notified my balance was zero! LOL, funny what a little white
