Dear ruth,

There is a reason why many of us have advised each other to change the diet and

stay clear away from processed foods and breads. I used to see formaldehyde in

white breads. So instead of going through the whole spill again on the

cautionary tale of processed and yeast foods, look up these wonderous

preservatives you find in your every day culinary packages.
