Guest guest
Hi everyone, I have a question about something. I am not usually a tense irritable person, but the past few weeks I have just been feeling tense. I don't really know how to describe it, except that everything is just making me angry. If my husband opens the door wrong, it makes me want to scream. This is totally the opposite of how I normally feel, I am usually so laid back it makes people angry, and I have no idea what to do about it. Before the past few weeks, I only had yelled at my kids 2 times in their whole lives...once when they broke the tv by smashing a tea set on it, and once when they painted with chapstick on the wall, and that one sort of made me laugh even as I was telling them that was not a good thing to do. I have been trying not to let them know my emotions, but just feel so irritated pretty much constantly lately. Is this depression? Could it be my thyroid? Help please! I don't want to feel like this! I don't think they have been able to sense the change in my feelings, but it is getting really hard to not let them see that I am irritated for absolutely no reason at all. Is it maybe because the baby has been sick and up all night? What should I do about this? Do I need to call my neuro? My next appointment is not until June. Any input is welcome!
