Guest guest
I read from most who were large as far back as they can remember.I was the skinny child everyone tried to feed. I was the skinny teenager ,the skinny Mom (117 lbs. the day my 5th son was born.) Then thyroid cancer and a broken back from work injury. I see the difference in how I am treated now compared to when I was thin. I have to stop sometimes and remind myself I am the same person. I swim since walking is out of the question cut my eatting down to less than 1/4 of what I ate. Have ins. starting in Nov. and have found a great Dr. who actually listens so lost 23lbs. this mo.It is a start Good luck to all and be kind to ones around you. it is so much easier to choose be happy.
