Guest guest Posted June 13, 2009 Report Share Posted June 13, 2009 Lost only 2 pounds this week, but thats better than gaining 2!! Workouts are great!! need to tighten up the nutrition even more. Knee is holding up OK during cardio. Trying not to over extend it during my workouts. So how is everyone else doing?? JAM Trample the weak, hurdle the dead!!
