Welcome,

I am 3 days into a low carb way of eating, so my cravings are gone--thank

God! My head is starting to feel clearer--thinking-wise and I do have more

energy. I started taking the apple cider vinegar yesterday, so we shall see

how that works out. My chiropractor gave me supplements to help fight off

sugar cravings and they have seemed to work. She also gave me a bottle of

cod fish oil for DHA--that stuff is absolutely disgusting to swallow and I

only take 1 tsp. I have to figure out how to take it because it is so gross

that I want to throw up. Anyhow, please pray that I can stay low-carb

because it will help me in so many ways. I am just telling myself that " I

have to eat differently than other people if I want to be able to

function--and carbs are poison to my body! " .
