Guest guest Posted February 25, 2010 Report Share Posted February 25, 2010 I think till Stills is out of our faces we need to be gentle with ourselves and no pushing too much of anything. Hope you find a nice form of exercise that makes you stronger. I think its good for mental health too...once again not too much just like the sun we need it, but not too much!
