, I have a couple of lists through egroups, and it's not an

uncommon complaint (duplicates.) Occasionally, I find that I'll have

a person with more than one address or sign on's in my group lists.

We've also discovered that some IP's will occasionally get an echo

and the user will receive repeat messages, and finally, while it's

rarely admitted, occasionally, egroups echos as well. Given that

egroups is in the process of being absorbed by Yahoo, I would think

that the odds of such occurring right now would be higher than normal.

Maybe the person is " bouncing " . They should go to egroups and reset their

account.

Just as a note of interest, I'm getting a large number of doubles

from egroups today and tonight, so it may well be the " shift " causing

problems.
