Hi all - I am new to the group and I am just getting started on the

program today. My plan is this: to do both the strength and the

cardio segments on the same days, due to scheduling conflcts with my

work, the gym hours, and my lack of any equipment of my own. Has

anyone else ever tried this? What were their results? Thanks for any

response in advance! Oh, I am by the way.
