Ozone is really very healthy... It only lasts a short time, then converts to

oxygen... I've been drinking ozone water for about 4 years, once you try it you

will wonder how you ever did without it!! While you are drinking it, you know it

is working! It is an excellent way of cleaning out the gut and quickly... And,

ozone is one of the best ways to purify fruits and veggies... Fill a large glass

bowl with water, place in your fruits and veggies, turn the ozone machine on for

about 5 - 10 minutes, all pathogens are killed, you have worry free food...

If you were going to only make ozone water, you could use an inexpensive air

ozone generator at about $150...

Since you are planning on using your ozone machine for both water and

insulflation, getting the right kind of ozone generator is important.. The

cold-plasma generator is believed to be the best kind of generator, often there

are long warranties on these machines as I understand there is little that can

go wrong with them... These machines us oxygen from a tank to make pure

ozone... Since you are pushing the ozone directly into your body, an air machine

just will not do.. This kind of machine also makes ozone water too...

ozone, makes his own line of ozone machines... There are other good builders

also, I use his links because he makes understanding ozone a bit easier... If

you do decide on one of his machines, I have heard he sometimes will negotiate

his prices... I have known some who've talked to him about ozone, bought their

machines elsewhere... But he is very knowledgeable about ozone.
