Guest guest
Will someone please give me the URL address to where I can find my VAERS information? I know it's there, but I need to update it. Thanks Dennis Granger, II _______________________________________________ Why pay for something you could get for free? Very interesting that you posted this... I was wondering if anyone else had a similar experience? I'm finding that I can get up in the morning feeling on the slim side, look at my back in the mirror and like what I see. But by the end of the day, I've got a roll of 'fat' on each side of my back... and that's not an area where you can exactly just inhale. I'm wondering, , to what you most attribute the lack of water retention to? The diet in general, or do you have a more specific suspicion? (I am quite suspect of anything remotely wheat-related at moment, and following close on its heels, anything sugar-related. I don't include corn or corn syrup because I try so hard to stay as far away from the stuff as possible. Ech.) Anyone suspect that lessening water retention could be related to clearing up candida? (I also notice that there's something climate or location-related about my tendency to retain water, go figure.) >I'm also on a quest for compliant preprepared and easily-prepared food. That can be a tough one - hardest for me is getting stuff that doesn't include corn products. It's also tough in that I'm trying to not go near canola oil, and it's in everything. Time to make one's own salad dressings! One note on detoxing, too. I'm at moment puzzling over the best way to detox while eating meats. I've noticed that too much meat, in the past, has led to feelings of needing to detox. Of course it's always best to go with the freshest meats possible, and organic when possible. But when my body taps me on the shoulder and says (by way of what 'feels right'), 'consider being a vegetarian' I kind of take that as a clue to perhaps eat lightly for awhile, still including some meats and other protein foods, but plenty of leafy greens and non-animal-source foods that are beneficials or at least not starchy. In that way I'm trying to follow my instincts. It's interesting to me that at times in the past, I've had intense red-meat cravings, such that my ethical considerations about vegetarianism took a far back seat to what my body was telling me at the moment. Guest guest
Try to remember that the FDA and government agencies are not necessarily your friends - That in trying to protect us from reality CODEX may someday have us getting an RX to eat a carrot. Please take seriously every threat to our rights to be healthy. Should those threats be from our friends in the government or advisors on boards. There is an attempt to make it more difficult to get access to nutrients without a licensed professional to give them to us, the more insistence on licensing the more implication that we have no inalienable rights.
