Guest guest
Hi Liz Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. I'm in Yorkshire UK and at the moment snow & ice are stopping me from getting out. All the walking I was able to do in the sun on hols over Christmas feels wasted now. I try & do a bit of Tai Chi I learned a couple of years ago-I have DVD's to follow, at the moment I'm stiff & painful. Sounds like you have a house full with your pets-hope you get a lot of help with them Hope you keep well Love Joan x new Joan Where did you say you live is that the UK? I know many people who get some sort of symptoms around the time of travel. We seem to not adjust to stress that well and a flare may sneak in due to the good stress of packing etc. One year in fear of a flare I packed a month in advance slowly...how crazy is that...now thats rediculous, but I was afraid! Now I just try to pack slowly and savor the joy of a trip. Its great you walk a lot, I think keeping active is very important, little doses. Recently, I feel well and am doing a lot of stuff. I fear I am not taking my own advice and may be on here with some sort of complaint. I will be 54 in March ...grew up in NYC live 7 miles from Philadelphia now and have a 14 year old high school boy and an almost 10 yearold 4th grader. A golden retreiver 3 cats 3 birds did I mention a hubby yes have one ...very busy guy tho!
