Guest guest
and Jen, You've covered my vent. Thanks. It has been too hard to participate much and just have lost energy to fight all the time. 3 Cheers, Alan
Guest guest
Alan, I'm sorry you're feeling like this too! I hate that we feel like we have to fight all the time. Just getting through the day, something that should be an easy task, can be a mountainous task. Today at work, I could have very easily laid down on the floor, even though it's dirty as can be. I didn't really care. I just wanted a nap! Hope we're all feeling more ambitious soon. Jen
Guest guest
Jen, I'm really lucky, bold, ...hurt too much to care? I brought a yoga mat into my office along with a good alarm clock. Yes, when I get a chance (my office mate works at home sometimes) I lock the door, and lay down on the floor. GO AHEAD. It is not a good career move probably, but neither is being disa greeable, too tired to contribute, guilty, and out of control. Wish they would vacuum more often. (:-| I hang the mat on the back of the door. Sometimes just a look will help! Sometimes nothing helps and I just hate my blessings. It is good to hear from some others needing to work. 3 Cheers, Alan Jen wrote: > Alan, I'm sorry you're feeling like this too! I hate that we feel like we have to fight all the time. Guest guest
Yes. More headaches, bodyaches, stomachaches, -- generally increased " achiness " at a time when people want you to celebrate the seasons. Now I have been looking at some things that could cause this: - we turn the clocks back (it's not nice to fool Mother Nature) - elections in the USA generate so much negative energy as people go crazy over foolish lies - some say it is a change in the duration of light - cutting all the trees for Christmas temporarily imbalances the CO2 level so we are oxygen deprived (hey that's pretty good if I say so myself). - this is exacerbated by all the decomposing Halloween 'punkins' - subliminal messages in Hanukkah and Christmas carols - bears hibernate sucking all the sleep energy with them into the forest. Been up too long. 3 Cheers, Alan Raleigh, NC many years past that I have an overwhelming fit of fatigue.
