Hi Debbie,

I think some on our group will greatly agree with you about this.... I once read

that one of mans

worst inventions was the running shoe... WE ungrounded ourselves from the earth!

So now I often walk barefoot on my brick floor in my kitchen and family room!

What I don't

like about walking in the grass it that scary creature known as a " tick. "

:-((((

Thanks,

Jim

basically about how the correct energy for our health is emitted from the ground

(earth) but that the way we live anymore we are never barefoot outside as man

would have once lived.? Also how much emf's disrupt this but if you are

" grounded " or connected to the earth's energy,? it will mitigate or correct

emf's I believe.? If its a total mitigation I don't know, but he's answered

several of my questions on a facebook message privately, so someone could ask.

but they have developed products for inside the home that will provide the same

benefit.? They have done several double blind studies in the book that show

great health improvement, and blocking inflammation is one of the best effects.?

So shoes, rubber pads under carpet block most of this from the earth!

Some cheaper options are a pad you put your bare feet or arms on while working

on a computer or sitting for $60 at Amazon or a bedsheet you put your barefeet

on for $140 (queen)? I read someone just slept touching? the one used for

sitting!

the grass every day now, for increasing amounts of time. And yes I think it

stirred up alittle more detox, or helped things work better, but not in a harsh

way and I felt better and more restful too. ?? I was amazed as how I could feel

the difference within my body between keeping my rubber soled sandals on my feet

while sitting and then when I took them off!? You know, I had noticed it being

outside, but haven't been barefoot outside for years! ? Natural fabric, such as

think cotton doesn't block nearly as much.? I guess concrete will conduct this

energy as it is made of minerals!? So he said a basement floor would work in a

pinch!? Sounds too cold for me though....? Dr. Cowden told me start with 5

minutes a day and ramp up.? I started with 15.? I know I'm kind of rebellious. ?

And that after I could be grounded for 3 hrs. I could sleep through the night

this way.? I already think it is helping me so wanted to share....

Hi Debby,

That was a very interesting post. I have had allergies to my shoes for years.

It causes inflammation in the ball of my foot. I clear the allergy through

NAET, but it always comes back. I take my shoes off as much as possible, but

the problems is I am then exposing my feet to vinyl flooring or polyurethane on

my hardwoods or formaldehyde in the carpet, so the feet never get a break from

all of the chemical exposures. Unfortunately, I live in the city of Anchorage

where everyone in my neighborhood thinks they need to have the perfect weedless

lawn. I worry that going barefoot on my grass might expose me to herbicides

that might have been sprayed on my lawn prior to our purchasing the home or to

excessive amounts of flouride from our water. Unfortunately, we all live in a

very toxic world and it is so hard to escape it all. I have such sensitivities

to plastics and hydrocarbons and I am always trying to come up with ways to

detox them out so that I can become less sensitive so that I will quit reacting

to my shoes and the air etc. I read somewhere that Glutathione will remove

hydrocarbons and plastics, so I have been adding the liquid readisorb to my

Coffee enemas, but it seems that it causes me to dump ammonia big time and then

I become allergic to that. So far my hydrocarbon allergy is still a problem, so

I haven't really figured it out. All of these allergies cause inflammation in

the body. If you email Dr. Cowden privately, could you ask him if he knows of a

good way to detox plastics and hydrocarbons from the body besides IR Saunas and

ionic footbaths?

Thanks,
