I've been debating on getting the EFL book. Maybe I will invest in it

so I can have more guidance for my meals. Thank you all for your

feedback.

There's a recipe in EFL for Parmesan chicken that has Italian Bread

crumbs,Parmesan, and egg white. It's baked in the oven. It tastes great.

What you made sounds delicious. I'd say if you didn't use too much

oil, it's fine.
