Bowel problems, bacteria, constipation, loss of health and more addressed in

Western sitting vs squatting for elimination.

I believe what I am reading 100% at this site but w/fybro I'd like to know how

I'd squat especially on an American or Euro toilet.

But I know I lean forward often instinctively which is more like squatting.

Sorry if this is too much information for anyone, but many things keep us from

Hi

I agree! My grandma always had a foot stool in her bathroom. I do the same.

Just can't do it in public or anyone else's bathroom.
