Guest guest
Bowel problems, bacteria, constipation, loss of health and more addressed in Western sitting vs squatting for elimination. I believe what I am reading 100% at this site but w/fybro I'd like to know how I'd squat especially on an American or Euro toilet. But I know I lean forward often instinctively which is more like squatting. Sorry if this is too much information for anyone, but many things keep us from getting well. I'd rather share this. Guest guest
Hi I agree! My grandma always had a foot stool in her bathroom. I do the same. Just can't do it in public or anyone else's bathroom.
