Hi Everyone,Tomorrow is the first day of Spring and with the awful weather we've had in the USA recently many of us are looking forward to it. Spring time is also the season that has the most EN outbreaks on record. It is due to the number of strep cases that occur then--at least that is what I have read. Strep is one of the most common triggers of EN and most doctors will test for it. I am still enjoying an EN remission and this is one of my longest ones--about 1 1/2 yrs so far! Some day I will get the courage to go without my support stocking, but for now I still wear it most of the day. I'm not sure, but I think maybe my trigger was hormonal and

Hi ni,

I just read your post and I'm confused about your being on home hospice. I thought hospice just came in for the terminally ill.. Do the Drs. know what has caused your Panniculitis? What are they giving you for your pain? I will be praying for you .I hope you have a caring Dr. there.

The alpha one antitrypsin deficiency has killed my liver and most of my lungs.
