It really affects my life ive heard im crazy and im just a bitch so much that i started to believe it so when my " trigger " sounds came i would just say its all in your head or your just trying to piss people off and obioustly it never worked i would get evem more angrey people always asks why im mad all the time why im always on edge my answer? Simply you try and go through this day by day never getting to eat with ypur family because they smack there mouths and u may get angrey n say things u may not mean. When my trigger noises come on my advise from people is is ignore it tune it out or WALK AWAY well its not exactly something you can ignore or tune out wen you try it gets louder and louder and louder and LOUDER and as its getting louder your rage is about to unleash. And as for stay away from it i cant, how do you stay away from people breathing???? People eating??? People sniffling? The tv bass in the livingroom when your in your room?? Its not like its normal sounds that annoy people its everyday sounds people dont even know exhist. And if i hear the words im not doing anything again im going to go crazy? Anyone with me there?? Coping skills? My last option is ear plugs annd yeah they work to a point but they have a huge downfall after days and days and days your ears hurt so bad your in tears. This calls for a lonley life.
