Guest guest
Hi Beverly, Thank you for your response. In the beginning of the book, Storl talks vaguely about how teasel is taken (teasel root tincture and hot baths - seems like that is what he did), and in various parts of the book describes what others did and recommend. Examples are Teasel Root tincture: 3 drops, 3 times a day, for 3 to 4 weeks, and another is same as previous, but add 1 drop each day, progressing until reaching thirty drops a day. Then reverse , until back to 3 drops, 3 times a day. There is much to read on the various aspects, such as supporting therapies, and numberous letters of feedback by users. Hope that helps.
