I suppose general inflammation could drill down and hit just about any organ. Usually hits the liver, spleen, joints, lungs, lymph nodes. Will be curious to see if anyone has had this major of a kidney involvement. What else was acting up with your flare this time? Kidney function has usually been tied to the drugs we take. Gotta be careful there. I see a nephrologist 2 times a year. He accesses my renal function and consults with my other docs on the drugs they have me on. So far, not great but stable. I took an antifungal for thrush one time and sent my kidney function downhill quickly. Take care and be well. Tom from PA > > I know this is a wierd one....
