Hi Amy and all,

The conference this year as in past years is to be at the Orleans Hotel and

Casino in Las Vegas NV on September 6th. That is Labor Day on Monday. Usually

most people arrive on Sunday but there are 5 discounted rooms available for

Saturday check in's that go fast. We have an informal meet and greet Sunday

evening usually between 6 and 7 pm and then conference day on Monday with our

speaker, and a gift raffle for gifts and fund raising after lunch in the

afternoon, bringing a gift is warmly appreciated. We often meet for dinner at

the Prime Rib Loft on Monday evening. Some go home on Tuesday and some stay over

for a few days to see sights and visit. Below is the booking details and we

shall have more on times and our speaker soon. It will also be posted at our

Stills web site in the near future, but all the hotel information is in the

email provided below.

STILLS DISEASE CONFERENCE BOOKING INFORMATION 2010

Our conference will be held this year at the Orleans Hotel and Casino in Las

Vegas, Nevada.

The Orleans has offered us 20 rooms for the price of $ 32.00 plus 12 % room tax

for the dates of Sunday, September, 05, 06, 07, 08. There is usually no Saturday

check in available but the hotel has extended five rooms for us at the rate of $

75.00 plus 12% room tax. These rooms do go fast so early booking is advised.

There is an additional $ 5.00 per room, per day Resort Fee, allowing access to

the Fitness Center, in-room coffee, unlimited local & 800 calls as well as free

High-Speed Internet Access in the Business Center.

The rooms are for single or double occupancy with one king or two queen sized

beds. Any Deluxe rooms requiring triple or quad occupancy will be surcharged an

additional $ 15.00 per guest, per room, per night. (Children age fourteen and

under, in the same room with parents in existing bedding, are free.)

RESERVATION PROCEDURES

The cut off date for room reservations at the above quoted prices is 08/05/10.

Prior to cut-off date, individuals are encouraged to book their reservation ON

LINE. To receive your special group rate members will need to enter the assigned

Reservation ID;OISCC09 through the Hotel' website www.orleanscasino.com/groups

Prior to cut-off date, individuals may also call Hotel's Room Reservations

Department direct at and MUST identify themselves as a member of

the group INTERNATIONAL STILL'S CONFERENCE. Without this group name, you will

not receive the special rate as noted in this notice.and may be advised that the

Hotel is sold out. Operating on Pacific Time, hours of operations are Monday

through Friday from 6:00am to 11:00pm; Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am to 11:00pm.

A two night minimum is required for booking with the equivalent of one (1)

night's room and tax required at the time of booking. The Hotel accepts credit

cards with an expiration date, American Express; Diners Club, Master Card;

Discover; VISA; JCB or Cashier's Check. Hotel accepts company/personal checks

for payment of deposits only and must be received a minimum of (30) days prior

to arrival date.

REMEMBER YOUR CUT OFF DATE FOR RESERVATIONS AT THESE RATES IS 08/05/10 AND YOUR

CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY BY THE HOTEL FOR YOUR FIRST NIGHT

DEPOSIT.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ARE THE PRE-ARRANGED ROOM RATES. IF YOU ARE ABLE TO FIND

A CHEAPER ROOM DEAL WITH AN ONLINE PACKAGE YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO TAKE

ADVANTAGE BUT THESE ARE THE BEST RATES WE CAN GUARANTEE.

The hotel offers scooters for rent and in the past has several small

refrigerators for use in rooms for medications. It is advised you bring a small

collapsible cooler if needed for medications if you can just in case. They do

have elevators to the conference rooms and upstairs restaurants. The Hotel

offers smoking and non smoking rooms. They make every effort to accommodate your

needs so please ask if you have any questions.

It's a nice Hotel with a lots of casino activities, coupon booklets if you check

in with guest services, restaurants, coffee shops, gifts shop, theater and

bowling. They have a spa and spa services, swimming pools and lots more.

Sunday, September 5th is usually when most arrive and we meet and greet in the

early evening. MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 6TH IS CONFERENCE DAY, some go home Tuesday and

some will stay over. Our room rates are extended until Thursday September 9th
