There are also lots of websites on the internet for " paleo " eating.

One which is very popular is Mark Sisson's website, " Mark's Daily Apple. " From

there you can find a lot of others.

Note: A lot of paleo folks recommend that you go whole hog and get ONLY

grass-fed, pasture-raised meats, eggs, butter, etc. I'm here to tell you that

you can still improve your health a lot by buying supermarket meats, eggs,

butter, etc., and lowering your carbohydrates significantly.

I've also had candida issues, though they mostly disappeared when I started

eating more protein and cut sugar out of my diet. I think this is another piece

of a larger puzzle having to do with a healthy digestive system.

The site looks like it has great recipes.

group members have had autistic children improve on it. One of the symptoms of

Candida overgrowth can be brain fog. I have been doing this program for close

to two years.

care of (chief among them diabetes and obesity).
