OT: Important Group Notice...

Hi everyone,

It has come to my attention that some of our members have decided to access our

group using Grouply...

Grouply is highly controversial, some believe messages posted on Yahoo group

such as our group can be made

available on Grouply... Also, those members joining Grouply are violating their

terms of service with Yahoo

by giving out their Yahoo ID and passwords to Grouply...

Yahoo TOS:

5. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Yahoo!

Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the

confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all

activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a)

immediately notify Yahoo! of any unauthorized use of your password or account or

any other breach of security, and ( ensure that you exit from your account at

the end of each session. Yahoo! cannot and will not be liable for any loss or

damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 5.<<<<<<<

Once this info is given to Grouply, our information (posts) is now in their

system... I know many innocent members have no idea about all of this, I was

once removed from a good group because I joined Grouply... It all looks so good,

yet we are never to give out our ID's and passwards per Yahoo TOS... And, this

does open up our group info to Grouply...

I just opted our group out of Grouply for our group... So if you have been using

Grouply to access our group, you will not be able to do so any longer... I am

not upset with any members that have joined Grouply as most have no idea about

the concerns of Yahoo group owners have about Grouply....
