Guest guest
Hello: I got a sample of this product and don't need to buy a drum at this time, so I wondered if anyone on this list has purchased any, and can spare a few Kgs. Debbie > > As I said before, the additive that makes a gel " suspending " is a carbomer. Carbomers are synthetic. There is a carbomer called " Carbopol " that will suspend Ball Bearings in a fairly thin gel!! However, for those of us who are trying to create products that are as natural as they can be...there IS an alternative. It's called Dehydroxanthan Gum and it is sold under the Trade Name " Amaze XT " at National Starch. Try this product in your formulation to see if your exfoliants aren't indeed suspended. You can research this additive and order a fairly generous FREE sample at the following link: http://www.personalcarepolymers.com/Site/ProdView.asp?
