Guest guest
Hi, I always read the small intestine's villi are replaced every few days whether damaged or not. Also if you go gluten free the damage will not keep happening. The best thing is to go grain free eventually. Any grains can cause absorption problems, but will not necessarily damage the intestines. I went gluten free, but got the best results from grain free. Did you ever find a link that some villi may not recover? c. > > Hi, I think that for me, the celiac disorder with the damage to the villi has definitely compromised my nutrient absorption - I have been warned that I've had it so long that the villi may never recover. I'm not sure what to think about that. > > I got a dx of celiac about the time I also got the dx of FM. x > > Jill in TX
