I was on the internet browsing when I heard a commercial about obesity and

half way through it my six year old son says " dad when are you going to lose

weight? "

I was shocked! He simply said I don't want to see you like this anymore

because you can get sick. I am almost heart broken and feel like I'm letting my

kids down I am 100 lbs over wieght it is a goal I want to lose but I am mentally

weak when it comes to food, I am a truck driver to add to the battle.

Man Talk about a slap on the face!!!! I need like a weight loss penpal

that I can write to back and forth that also has a weight loss goal anybody

outthere? Thanks for reading big boy in springfield,mass.

ive never posted here, and havent even lurked.

im a woman who is i am five ft 4 and weigh 220.

my weight is seriously effecting my health.

my back hurts severely now, since i recently put on weight.

i suffer from gerd, and constantly have to take medication to fight it,

and the back pain. i need help.

To Dawn and JunJun I say welcome here and do think we all can benefit from like minded people, who trust me feel your pain! My father was also a truck driver and so I understand your eatting delimia I suggest you always carry an Ice chest with healthy snacks and drinks. When you keep a food log you see how many calories snacks and drinks add.To both you fluffy people I wish you luck and do beleive together we can all do better, healthier!!!
