Welcome, Debbie;

Nice to have you with us.

That might be a good question if you'd like to share with the list and Debbie.

How many are Type 1 and how many Type 2's do we have on board?

Out of 315 or so members we must have quite a few.

I'll start by saying I'm a Type 2, first found in 1996.

I was diagnosed Type 2 in Sept. My A1c has dropped 4 pts but I have a

struggle with laziness and not exercising and with giving in to junk

food cravings. Sometimes I just want my old life back.

I have a big problem with wanting to eat the way I used to too, so I give in every now and then, and just go back the next time I eat, no use in beating yourself up over it, non productive.

I didn't mean to give myself a public flogging, just being honest about

where I am right now. I hate the exercise and sometimes I feel like if

I can keep my numbers down without exercising, why put myself thru it.

I know all the health benefits, I'm trying to rationalize it away.
