13? (i.e. better than normal?) or was that a typo and it should read 130? Or perhaps 30?Basically, if it is a true quads tie down, you will not win unless you can stop the contracture – and that won’t happen with all of the regular stuff. That’s why I presented the paper – and I’ve heard & seen this tale far too often. Your chance to make a difference is now. You’ll have to create some way of creating a removable bandage for exercise, therapy, regular ROM.
