"You Rock" is Slang or just something we in America say that means you are a great person/ your awsome...so the expression kind of comes from Rock n Roll too....You ROCK...Your Great, Your Awsome, these all mean about the same thing. Does that make since or Help???? Its mostly just SLANG, just in case you need a meaning for the word Slang...it means NonStandard Vocabulary or Figures of Speech...Just added that in case you needed that too!!!
