I have tried oatmeal with a scoop of protein powder and that is pretty

good. I really have had a hard time breaking away from my rut of a

bagel, so I am only eating half and making sure to get a protein -

usually a piece or two of center cut bacon.

Also, I don't know that it is totally BFL, but I like to make a bean

burrito if I take the time to cook in the morning.

A shake early in the AM with a snack like hummus with veggies and

homemade pita chips is another favorite.
