Hi JanetI have been taking HH for a good while , but didnt get killing effects until I uped my dose to 2 teaspoons powdered herb twice a day.( obtains my chinese herbs direct or susan ambrosias herb club)Rifampin i took for about 4 months , levaquin for 4 although i had about a month between each month of levaquin( I rotated the rifampin into the equation while waiting for my prescription of levaquin to arrive) I order my levaquin and rifampin through northwestpharmacy.com a Canadian online pharmacy.You do need a prescription but its about a third of the price in the USA if you have no insurance.between these meds/herbs and rifing Im beating it. I also believe the Levaquin and Rifampin killed a good bit of lyme.Be aware that levaquin has yucky side effectsthat you

( pill form of rocephin) and levaquin have been the best tools against bartonella, 4 months of treatment.Rifing only kept it down and manageable .Now it looks like the bartonella is at such a low level that
