Guest guest
Has anyone used the MyHerbs website to purchase the NutraMedix Cowden herbs? They take PayPal. I don't think they have a 30-day money back guarantee though, as NutraMedix does (less shipping). Still, the discounts are good. http://shop.myherbsexpress.com/category.sc?categoryId=2 I think I will try the big three antimicrobials on this protocol: Samento, Banderol and Cumanda. I like the rotation idea - I think that's sound. For people who have Bart or Babesia (I don't believe I do), I would add the specific herbs for those, Houttuynia and Enula. I might also try the herb for pain (I've got alot of that), Condura, and possibly the Adrenal Support for energy. Still considering, but almost there. I've already got Burbur Detox, which is essential, and works. I don't like caps of any sort, so I won't even go there. I don't see the reason to follow a packaged protocol, if one does not need the items in it. I don't have brain/nerve issues, so why would I need Pinella? I got very sick with the NutraMedix Mag Malate (as I usually do with any caps). I go to the bathroom once a day in the morning, which is normal for me, without any supplementation. Why would I need any, if I'm regular? I don't agree with the logic that says I "should" be going twice a day. My body doesn't require that. Also - I don't have any detectable signs of magnesium deficiency, so why would I need artificial supplemenation? My diet is high enough in that element to provide it. If someone needs more, that's something they should tune into for themselves, without someone saying that it's the case for ALL Lymies. If I go with the Cowden Protocol, it will be my own experiment, and I intend to pick and choose, according to the product info on the Bionatus site: http://www.bionatus.com/nutramedix/pages/lymepage.html There seems to be enough info to go on, to make informed choices. Throwing in the kitchen sink is counterproductive, and could do harm. I will gauge my reaction to each herb, alone, to determine what my body is telling me. - Jane
