Guest guest Posted June 22, 2010 Report Share Posted June 22, 2010 This discussion about food has been very interesting, especially the info regarding what flour contains could possibly effecting Thy. Very interesting also about the carbs. One thing that I do know is that I have changed my diet & this has really facilitated better health in most ways. I still realize that there is something in my diet that needs to come out, but have been simply too lazy to test myself to see what it is. Somethings are very evident and others quite subtle, however, I feel the sluggishness, aches, etc. that tells me that something has intruded my system that should not be there.
